RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have 15 days return policy from the date of the billing of the item you are requesting to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused with the original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the original receipt/bill as the proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a Credit Note which is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Please note that shipping charges, if any, will not be returned when a product is returned.
To start a return, you can contact us via filling the Return Form. If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 15 days at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Instructions to fill our Return Form:
- Fill in your order number with the contact number and email.
- Select the unused products that you would like to return.
- Click a picture of the products you are returning and upload them.
Do you offer Exchange?
If you are looking for an exchange online, please request for the return of the product you have already received, obtain the credit note and place a fresh order on our website directly. Since our products are fast moving, we recommend placing immediate order as we do not want you to miss out on your favourite jewellery designs.
Can I Cancel My Order
You can request for the cancellation of the order by e-mailing us at cancel@smilona.com. If in case the order is already shipped then cancellation cannot be applied.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
We are not liable for damages in transit though we take proper precautions and measurements so that your orders reach you safely. Please inspect your product upon reception and contact us immediately on issues@smilona.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the same can be evaluated and we make it right for you. In this case, we will send you the label and have the product collected.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or broken. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining the store credit, then please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on SMILONA website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee you’re your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for sale items, or items purchased using the discount coupons or credit note or any other gift coupon. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns on issue@smilona.com about your specific item.
