The Reward Points
There are 3 Categories of REWARD POINTS:-
- On signing up (Registration) you straight-away become a Silver Member wherein you get 5 Reward Points (each Reward Point is equivalent to Re 1/-) on spend of Rs. 350/- and its equivalent.
- As soon as your yearly (year starting from January 1st) shopping crosses Rs. 30,000/- in total, you become a Gold Member wherein you get 5 Reward Points on every spend of Rs. 250/- and its equivalent.
- As soon as your yearly (year starting from January 1st) shopping crosses Rs. 50,000/- in total, you automatically become a Diamond Member wherein you get 5 Reward Points on spend of Rs. 150/- and its equivalent
- Example: You have spent Rs. 1050/- on a purchase. If you are a silver member, you will earn 1050/350 = 3 x 5 = 15 points. If you are a gold member, you will earn 1050/250 = 4 x 5 = 20 points. If you are a diamond member, you will earn 1050/150 = 7 x 5 = 35 points.
- To maintain the status of Gold Membership, a minimum spends of Rs. 3000/- every year is needed.
- To maintain the status of Diamond Membership, a minimum spends of Rs. 5000/- every year is needed.

Mention the Unique Voucher Code given in each of the Smilona Gift Voucher at the time of check-out for this special discount. Apart from this special discount, you will be getting the Reward Points on every purchase. Kindly go to our ‘ Earn while you Spend’ section on the website to know whole lot of incentives for you to avail.
These SGVs are not available online but are given FREE by the Event Team in marriage events, corporate events and other such social events. Kindly ask your event team to contact Smilona Team to avail these Smilona Gift Vouchers for free.
Loyalty Points
500 points accrues to the existing member of Smilona when he/she makes a new member with his/her unique membership ID, ie, the mobile number or the email. The new member account also gets the credit of 100 points under his loyalty program. Loyalty Points will become expendable for the first time only after it crosses 5000 points (ie after making minimum 10 new members with your ID). For the new member these points are redeemable with their first purchase. These points can be redeemed only online (not in stores) on Smilona and 30% of the accrued loyalty points can be used in new shopping and balance 70% is to be paid in cash which will generate new points.
Celebration Day Points
On specific special celebration days like birthday and anniversary of the esteemed Member, 500 reward points will be given which can be redeemed in the next 45 days 30% of the total bill.
EXPO Points
The Expo Points System becomes operational for the existing Member as soon as he/she makes a new member under his/her unique membership ID. When this New Member makes a purchase online at smilona.com then both the members, existing and the new, will earn reward points. Now when this new member makes another member under his/her membership ID, then both the above members will benefit with the Expo Points on the shopping done by this third member.
For example- Miss X makes Miss Y as a new member using her membership number and Miss Y makes Miss Z a new member using her unique membership number. Now when Miss Y does online shopping on smilona.com, then Miss Y gets credited with the reward points as per her status of being Silver or Gold or a Diamond Member. But Miss X will also get 5 points for every Rs. 500/- spent by Miss Y. If, say, Miss Y spends Rs. 5000/- for a purchase at smilona.com and she is a Diamond Member, then Miss Y will earn 165 reward points and Miss X will earn 50 Expo Points. In this scenario Miss X is earning Expo Points on shopping done by Miss Y.
Now we take the scenario where Miss Z does the shopping of Rs. 5000/- online on smilona.com. Miss Z will earn the reward points as per her status but Miss Y (who made Miss Z the member) will get 5 Expo Points each for every Rs. 500/- spent by Miss Z and Miss X (who made Miss Y the member who made Miss Z the member) will get 5 Expo Points for every Rs, 750/- spent by Miss Z. For example, Miss Z makes a purchase of Rs. 5000/- on smilona.com, then Miss Y will get 50 Expo Points and Miss X will get 30 Expo Points. In this scenario both, Miss X and Miss Y, are earning Expo Points on shopping done by Miss Z.
Terms and Conditions for Points Use
- No two points can be combined. There will be a drop-down menu to select the discount points which shall be redeemed via the use of OTP.
- Only Reward Points can be used in the offline stores. Rest other points shall be used only on smilona.com
- 1 Point is equivalent to Re 1/-
- No point will be applicable on the sale item. Points will be applicable only on non-sale items even during the sale period. Though points will be generated on amount paid on sale items.
